On February 11, 2026, a meeting was held at the Tynys JSC plant between the General Director, Kairat Zhanbayevich Kalmanbayev, and the company’s workforce.

During the meeting, an explanatory session was conducted on key issues of the national agenda. The main topics included:

1. The new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its key amendments effective from January 1, 2026;
2. The draft of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its significance for the country’s future development.

Mr. Kalmanbayev elaborated on the principal provisions of the updated Tax Code, explaining the major changes related to tax administration and the obligations of businesses and citizens, and emphasized the importance of timely awareness and adaptation to the new legislative requirements.

Special attention was also given to the draft of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In an open dialogue format, the proposed amendments were discussed, along with their strategic importance for strengthening the rule of law, ensuring social justice, and promoting the sustainable development of the state. The General Director highlighted the importance of active civic engagement and participation in socially significant processes.
