Vacancy: HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICE
Organization: JSC «Tynys»
Reporting: Functional — to the Board of Directors; Administrative — to the General Director
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing a risk-based audit plan;
• Verifying the accuracy of financial statements;
• Evaluating the effectiveness of operational and management procedures;
• Preparing audit reports for the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
• Higher professional education (finance/economics);
• 5–7 years of audit experience (at least 3 years in a managerial position);
• Knowledge of International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IPPF/IIA standards).
Conditions:
• Salary: 388,400 KZT (according to the staffing schedule);
• Social guarantees and benefits according to the Collective Agreement.

Qualification Requirements:
• Higher education.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of anti-corruption.
Responsibilities:
• Oversees the development of legal and regulatory documents regarding anti-corruption legislation.
• Oversees the conduct of internal corruption risk assessments.
• Monitors identified corruption risks.
• Takes measures to minimize and eliminate identified corruption risks.
