JSC “Tynys” is implementing a strategic project for the production of parachute equipment on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, thereby contributing to the development of national defense capability and the strengthening of technological independence.

 

In 2024, JSC “Tynys” and the Russian holding JSC “Technodinamika” signed a technological partnership agreement. Within the framework of this cooperation, the enterprise gained access to a range of modern parachute systems developed and certified under the CSTO framework.

 

At present, JSC “Tynys” manufactures the full spectrum of parachute products developed by the group of companies of JSC “Technodinamika” holding, including:

• airborne parachutes;
• rescue parachutes;
• braking parachutes;
• cargo parachutes;
• parachutes for aviation armaments;
• specialized systems.

Production is organized using a large-unit assembly method with a gradual increase in the degree of localization. The enterprise operates modern production facilities equipped with the necessary machinery and equipment. All manufacturing processes comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the products undergo mandatory inspection, certification, and testing.

 

In 2024, JSC “Tynys” was granted the status of a domestic manufacturer, confirmed by an industrial certificate. The enterprise has also been officially included in the register of suppliers of the state defense order in the category of “parachute and airborne equipment.”

 

Parachute products manufactured at JSC “Tynys” have successfully undergone field trials within the airborne assault forces and have been deemed suitable for operational use. The Command of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan expressed readiness to employ parachute systems produced by JSC “Tynys.”

 

JSC “Tynys” regards the development of its parachute production as a strategic priority and continues to strengthen its manufacturing and human resource capabilities. The enterprise is prepared to fulfill large-scale serial orders in the interests of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan as well as international partners.
