ON THE OCCASION OF MACHINE BUILDERS’ DAY IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

On the occasion of the professional holiday — Machine Builders’ Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan — employees of JSC “Tynys” have been recognized with industry awards for their many years of dedicated service, professional excellence, and significant contribution to the development of the enterprise.

Alexander Ivanovich Kazimir, a foundry worker at Foundry Shop No. 1 of JSC “Tynys”, has been awarded the Breast Badge of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Alexander Ivanovich has been working at the enterprise for 20 years, with a total professional experience of 32 years. Throughout his long career, he has established himself as a highly qualified specialist who performs his professional duties with a high level of expertise.

He is responsible for manufacturing metal parts and blanks by casting molten metal or alloys into prepared moulds. He monitors the melting process, regulates metal temperature, calculates the required quantities of materials, and actively participates in the development and production of new products.

He pays particular attention to product quality, shares his professional experience with young specialists, and makes a significant contribution to strengthening the enterprise’s human resources potential.

Saltanat Nurgaliyevna Yeralina, a parts washer at Mechanical Assembly Shop No. 2, has been awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Union of Machine Builders of Kazakhstan.

Saltanat Nurgaliyevna has 31 years of total professional experience, including 18 years at the enterprise. She performs the washing and cleaning of parts, semi-finished products, assemblies and finished products in accordance with established technological processes.

She uses work equipment correctly and efficiently, consistently exceeds production targets, and completes shift assignments to a high standard and within the required timeframes.

Saltanat Nurgaliyevna is highly respected within the team. She is always willing to assist her colleagues and provide support whenever needed.
