JSC “Tynys” has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Vologda State University, the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization “Sever–Yug”, and the International Charity Foundation “Phoenix” (Russian Federation).

The document is aimed at establishing a sustainable humanitarian and technological ecosystem that brings together industry, education, social practices, and international partnership.

Key areas of cooperation:

1. Organization of the production of medical and social rehabilitation equipment within the framework of import substitution and technological sovereignty programs.
2. Implementation of joint humanitarian and charitable initiatives to support veterans, persons with disabilities, seriously ill individuals, and other socially vulnerable groups.
3. Development of new educational pathways and research programs at Vologda State University with the involvement of expertise from JSC “Tynys” and the Phoenix Foundation.
4. Expansion of international humanitarian cooperation and promotion of Russian-Kazakh social and technological initiatives in Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
5. Creation of an innovative product line, patent protection, and entry into foreign markets.
6. Development of a franchising model to scale the project to other regions while ensuring the interests and oversight of JSC “Tynys.”

The signing of the Memorandum strengthens international cooperation and opens new opportunities for the development of socially significant technologies and joint initiatives.
