POLYETHYLENE PIPES

Polyethylene pipes
for water and gas pipelines
with a diameter from 10 to 1000 mm.

Pressure pipes made of low-pressure polyethylene
are designed for pipelines transporting water (including for
household and drinking water supply) and other liquid and gaseous
substances to which polyethylene is chemically resistant.

The pipes are made of low-pressure polyethylene by
continuous screw extrusion. Polyethylene pressure pipes have
undeniable advantages over metal ones:

– the water frozen inside the polyethylene pipe will not damage it.;
– the subsidence of the house to which the pipeline is connected will cause the destruction
of the metal pipe, while the polyethylene pipe is able to stretch
up to 7 without loss of its qualities.%;
– polyethylene pressure pipes are toxicologically and bacteriologically
safe;

– easy to maintain (polyethylene pipes are easy to replace);
– polyethylene pressure pipes are not classified as dangerous goods.
– tightness – pipeline systems are homogeneous and monolithic due
to connections made by thermal welding;
– resistance to aggressive soils;
– high deformation tolerances virtually eliminate pipe failure
at low temperatures;

– durable and lightweight HDPE pipes for transportation and installation do not require
heavy equipment;
– operating temperature of HDPE pipes (+60 C) (-50 C);
The color of the pipes is black, uniform.

The outer diameter of the produced pipes is from 10 to 1,000 mm. Pipes produced in
straight sections (from 6 to 12 m in agreement with the consumer) are bundled into
packages.

Pipes with a diameter of not more than 110 mm are manufactured in coils from 100 to 2000 m.
