Compact, silent, autonomous device designed for artificial lung ventilation with an oxygen-air mixture and oxygen inhalation in ambulances, directly at the scene of an incident and in field conditions, as well as in clinical surgical, intensive care, and resuscitation departments.
The device has a wide range of functional capabilities:
a) Controlled artificial lung ventilation with adjustable respiratory rate and minute ventilation;
b) Oxygen inhalation activated by the patient’s respiratory effort “on demand” and continuous oxygen supply;
c) The ability to provide short-term assisted lung ventilation with oxygen “on demand,” i.e., under the influence of the patient’s respiratory effort;
d) The ability to operate in conjunction with an inhalation anesthesia machine;
e) The option to connect a gas mask box for performing ventilation in contaminated areas.
The device operates from a built-in two-liter cylinder as well as from an external source of oxygen and air. It allows for charging the cylinder without removing it from the device.
It is easy to operate and maintain, provides disassembly of the breathing circuit for disinfection and sterilization, and is resistant to mechanical and climatic influences.
