Lung Ventilator Kokshetau-3

Designed for artificial ventilation of the lungs with active inhalation and passive exhalation in ambulances, as well as in outpatient and inpatient medical facilities, including for children, with the exception of newborns.

It features 4 fixed breathing frequencies and a smoothly adjustable tidal volume. The minute ventilation at the following breathing frequencies is:

  • 17 min⁻¹ and 22 min⁻¹ – 11.5 l/min
  • 30 min⁻¹ at the end of the subrange, not exceeding – 7.5 l/min
  • 50 min⁻¹ at the beginning of the subrange, not less than – 4 l/min
  • at the end of the subrange, not exceeding – 2 l/min

The ratio of inspiratory to expiratory duration is 1: (1.8 ± 0.3).

Gas pressure loss in the passive inhalation line, kPa (mm H₂O), not exceeding – 0.2 (20).

Maximum safe pressure of the safety valve, kPa (mm H₂O) – 5-1 (500-100).

Compressed oxygen pressure for powering the device:

  • from the built-in cylinder, MPa (kgf/cm²) – 14.7 (150)
  • from an external source of compressed oxygen or compressed air, MPa (kgf/cm²) – 0.3 – 0.6 (3 – 6)

Operating temperature °C – from +5 to +40.

Gas consumption from the cylinder, l/min, not exceeding – 4.

Weight of the device without the spare parts kit, not exceeding kg – 9.5.

The established mean time between failures of the device is at least hours – 500.

Average time to failure, hours, not less than – 1000.

Warranty period of operation – 12 months from the date of commissioning.

A set of spare parts and tools, packed in a separate box, is included with the device.

Average service life of the device, not less than – 4 years.
