Day of State Symbols
On June 4, Kazakhstan celebrates the Day of State Symbols.
In June 1992, the new state symbols of independent Kazakhstan were approved for the first time. This day will forever remain in the history of our country as the birth of our national symbols – the flag, the coat of arms, and the anthem.
State symbols are one of the fundamental pillars of a nation. In accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 4, 2007, “On Amendments to the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” and the decree dated January 20, 1998, “On Professional and Other Holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” June 4 is celebrated as the Day of State Symbols in our country.
We congratulate all Kazakhstanis on this significant holiday!
