Within the framework of the Cooperation Memorandum between JSC “Tynys” and Vologda State University, Alexey Alyabyev, Vice-Rector for Infrastructure Development and Comprehensive Security, visited the enterprise.

During the visit, he familiarized himself with the plant’s production capacities and discussed with the management the prospects for implementing joint projects, as well as issues related to scientific, educational, and technological cooperation.

As part of the program, a working meeting was held with the Akim of the city of Kokshetau, Anuar Kumpekeev. During the meeting, the parties highlighted the role of the Memorandum in promoting industrial cooperation, strengthening social infrastructure, and expanding the region’s international partnership. It was also noted that collaboration between the industrial sector and educational institutions provides a stable foundation for introducing innovations, training personnel, and implementing socially significant initiatives.

The signed Memorandum broadens the scope of Russian-Kazakh cooperation and opens new opportunities for implementing joint projects in the fields of medical rehabilitation, education, and social support for the population.
